The prompt was: Write a true story “flash fiction” style on any topic. Can be humorous, embarrassing, inspiring or thoughtful – the only requirement is that it is a true story. The title does not count towards the word count. The submitted work must be between 98- 102 words. We recommend the use of a computer word processor to count the words.

The winner takes away a $100 cash prize. Second place will win twenty-five member dollars. Third place ten member dollars.
